The top is in a ditsy white/yellow/prink/green floral print, and the fabric has a lightweight and thin chiffon-feel. The top is in a cropped style with a v-neckline, cute ruffle around the bottom hem, and also on the sleeves. There is elastic just under the bust, going around the top in the style of a belt.
